We design and manufacture our high-end lingerie in Italy. Our skin care products are from Germany. Our special hand-crafted soap and candles ingredients are sourced from Germany.

Our lingerie is highly sought after and tends to sell out fast. Instaura staff will gladly assist you. Please contact us on info@instaura.qa and provide the relevant garment information you are looking for.

Yes, it is possible except for undergarments and swimwear due to health and hygiene reasons. Items must be returned un-used and in their original packaging within 7 days upon delivery. Please be sure to contact us before sending goods so we can help you in the process. Refund will be processed once we receive the goods and via the same method of payment with the appropriate fees deductions if applicable.

For our local customers, we deliver to your preferred address with our drivers against a fee of QAR 35 within Doha city limit. We use Q-post for international shipping. All delivery charges are calculated based on a combination of the total weight and final destination of your order according to Q-post tariff. If you need an express delivery, please contact us before you place your order.

For local customers, when you buy for QAR 1000 or more, the shipping will be FREE for you.

You can check and monitor your order status through the track shipment number.

Yes, you can pick up your order from our shop. Contact us before you order to arrange for pick-up.

With regrets, currently we don't offer gift cards. However, we're hoping to make them available soon. Alternatively, upon a gift order, we can drop ship to an alternate address.
