We design and manufacture our high-end lingerie in Italy. Our skin care products are from Germany. Our special hand-crafted soap and candles ingredients are sourced from Germany.

Our lingerie is highly sought after and tends to sell out fast. Instaura staff will gladly assist you. Please contact us on info@instaura.qa and provide the relevant garment information you are looking for.

Undergarments, accessories, skin care products and swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. All other items are eligible for exchange only. To qualify for an exchange, products must be unused and in their original packaging, and requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any items so we can assist you with the process.

Yes, they are. All our products are dermatologically tested on volunteers and been approved as safe and effective. Our goal is to provide the highest quality skin care products on the market. We believe our products can make a significant difference in your skin’s health.

Instaura deals directly with the manufacturer thus passing the cost savings onto the customer.

For our local customers, we deliver to your preferred address with our drivers against a fee of QAR 35 within Doha city limit. We use Q-post for international shipping. All delivery charges are calculated based on a combination of the total weight and final destination of your order according to Q-post tariff. If you need an express delivery, please contact us before you place your order.

For local customers, when you buy for QAR 1000 or more, the shipping will be FREE for you.

You can check and monitor your order status through the track shipment number.

Yes, you can pick up your order from our shop. Contact us before you order to arrange for pick-up.

With regrets, currently we don't offer gift cards. However, we're hoping to make them available soon. Alternatively, upon a gift order, we can drop ship to an alternate address.
